Service Description
Party Package – 4 Hours of Digital Photobooth Fun Bring the excitement to your celebration with our Party Package! We’ll deliver and set up the photobooth at your location, so you can focus on enjoying the event. This package includes: 4 hours of unlimited digital photobooth use Basic props for fun and creativity Digital frames to match your party vibe Capture photos and boomerangs with you and your guests Instant sharing – every photo and video is texted or emailed directly to each guest as it’s captured Event gallery download link – the event host will receive a private link with all photos and videos from the event Important: The download link will remain active for 5 days after the event end time, so be sure to save your memories promptly! Perfect for birthdays, small parties, and intimate gatherings—this package turns every moment into a keepsake.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 12/30/2025 Applies to: All online bookings and rentals of photobooth services offered by OEA Design Works LLC, dba OEA Photobooth. Booking & Payment Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when full payment is successfully processed through our online system. Accepted Payment Methods: Online credit card payments only Prices: Quoted rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, travel fees, venue surcharges, parking, and add-ons unless otherwise stated. Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. Once a booking is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, changes of mind, schedule conflicts, inclement weather, or venue/third‑party issues. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback after accepting these terms constitutes breach of contract. We will provide evidence of acceptance and service readiness and may assess administrative fees up to $250 plus collection costs for unauthorized chargebacks. Rescheduling (No Refunds) Eligibility: One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 30 days prior to the event date and the new date is within 30 days of the original event. Reschedule Fee: A non-refundable $75 reschedule fee applies. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability. Pricing for the new date will match the original booking; however, venue changes, travel distances, or add-ons may adjust fees.
