Service Description
Premier Package – Up to 12 Hours of Premium Digital Photobooth Experience Make your biggest celebrations unforgettable with our Premier Package. Designed for weddings, corporate events, galas, and all‑day milestones, this top-tier option delivers maximum coverage and elevated features. What’s Included: Up to 12 hours of unlimited digital photobooth use Professional setup at your location by our team Premium props for a polished, high‑end look and extra fun 5 custom digital picture frames tailored to your event theme or brand with your logo use Capture photos, GIFs, and boomerangs Digital stickers inside the photo software for playful, on‑brand personalization Instant sharing – each photo/GIF/boomerang is texted or emailed directly to guests as it’s captured Event gallery download link – the event host receives a private link with all photos and videos from the event Note: The download link remains active for 5 days after the event end time. Please save your files promptly. This package is perfect when you want top-tier customization and full-day coverage. From polished props to custom frames and interactive digital stickers, your guests will enjoy a seamless, modern photo experience—complete with instant keepsakes.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 12/30/2025 Applies to: All online bookings and rentals of photobooth services offered by OEA Design Works LLC, dba OEA Photobooth. Booking & Payment Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when full payment is successfully processed through our online system. Accepted Payment Methods: Online credit card payments only Prices: Quoted rates are exclusive of applicable taxes, travel fees, venue surcharges, parking, and add-ons unless otherwise stated. Strict No-Refund Policy All sales are final. Once a booking is placed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, changes of mind, schedule conflicts, inclement weather, or venue/third‑party issues. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback after accepting these terms constitutes breach of contract. We will provide evidence of acceptance and service readiness and may assess administrative fees up to $250 plus collection costs for unauthorized chargebacks. Rescheduling (No Refunds) Eligibility: One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 30 days prior to the event date and the new date is within 30 days of the original event. Reschedule Fee: A non-refundable $75 reschedule fee applies. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability. Pricing for the new date will match the original booking; however, venue changes, travel distances, or add-ons may adjust fees.
